The intention of below presentation is to inspire people and their organisations to criticize their daily processes. (CIP)

For the last three years, Lentink joined the Bosch learning group.

The vision of Bosch regarding their suppliers is that quality improvement starts by giving their people the space to open their mind about what can be done better. It’s up to everybody to speak out freelee. The better the supply chain operates, the better it is for customers as Bosch. The open discussion will be the first step to experience the more possibilities inside your company about what can be improved.

The mission is to achieve as much improvements as possible (without costs) within the existing company processes.

In front of the discussion there will be a tour inside the plant, to get as much as possible impression about how companies are operating, especially regarding their emplyees and machine.

During the tour, discussions and explanations will take place in order to inspire everybody to think out of the box. . It works in two ways; many of the joining companies have the same issues in their own company as the hosting company has. Go for the win / win situation.

The group exists out of managers and heads of departments which operate in different countries and branches, whit their necessary experiencees, both theorethically and practically

At the end of the day (part of each day) all ideas and remarks are put together on a layer.

It all takes place under leadership and inspiration of Mr Stommes from Bosch.
