Who are you and introduce yourself.
I am Nino Visser, 18 years old, from Ulft and working at Lentink as a trainee in the sales department.
How did you end up at Lentink? Was technology already advertised then? From school or else?
I actually ended up here because of the positive stories of my brother Brent, who also worked here as an intern sales. When I had to look for an internship myself a year later, the choice was of course quickly made and I immediately contacted Lentink!
How long have you been doing an internship at Lentink now?
I have been here for five weeks and am doing an internship over a period of 20 weeks at Lentink.
Why did you choose Lentink?
As already indicated, this is largely due to Brent's good experiences with Lentink. But my choice was only certain after the first interview with Ruben van verkoop and Jeroen from HRM. Everyone was very spontaneous and when I came to the factory for the first time I was very excited. From then on I knew 100% for sure, this will be my internship!

What are your activities at Lentink?
During my internship I have been busy with calculating sales prices and many other starting sales tasks.
How do you like your work? Do you like the technique?
I like the work very much. The work is challenging and diverse, I get a lot of freedom during work and whenever necessary I always get good support from my colleagues.
What do you think of your workplace?
I think it's a very nice environment to work in. My colleagues help me with everything ensure that I have a super fun and educational time here!
How is collegiality among each other? The atmosphere?
I really like the mutual atmosphere. From the first day I noticed that everyone is friendly and willing to help each other.
What are your personal interests and hobbies outside of work?
Outside of work, I often play sports and spend a lot of time with my friends.
Another anecdote or nice experience within Lentink that you would like to share with us?
During my internship I have had a lot of fun experiences, but the bet whether it would be a white Christmas is the most memorable. During the break, everyone from the office indicated what they thought it would be. The losers owed the winners a bottle of wine and I liked the fact that they also fulfilled this agreement.
What would you like to recommend to the management of Lentink?
I actually have no recommendations for the management regarding my internship. Everything has been perfectly arranged and that has not changed during my entire internship period.
Do you see the company improving and growing in the short period that you are with us?
I have only been with Lentink for a period of 20 weeks now, which is why it may be hard to say, but I do see that everyone at Lentink does their best every day to improve and grow the company.

How would you recommend people outside of Lentink to opt for technology?
The technique is very interesting. A good example of this is the Lentink machine park, which uses the most high-tech techniques. A lot of work is done with automated and robotic machines. In addition, technology is always evolving and there is a good chance of a job.
